Please note that the reefretreat is in a semirural location and is adjacent to protected reserves. Special care should be exercised in relation to flora, fauna and all types of fires.
1) A negotiable bond is required with every booking, which will be refunded within a week after the holiday period if the property has been left in a clean and tidy condition (ie no cleaning is required, no breakages are found).
2) The Reef Retreat should be left in the same condition as you found it (ie clean and tidy). Please report all breakages. If fish must be cleaned on the premises, please ensure the waste is well and truly wrapped in plastic bags and placed in the bin outside. Prior to departure, the Kitchen and Bathroom areas must be swept & the lounge and Bedrooms Vacuumed (Broom & Vacuum provided). Dishes are to be washed and put away.
3) The number of occupants including children must NOT exceed the number of beds ( 2 x Double + 2 x Single) unless prior notification and permission has been given. Overcrowding will render you liable for immediate termination of your booking.
4) All cutlery, crockery, pillows and blankets are supplied. Please bring bed linen appropriate to the beds you will be using as well as towels. Towels and linen can be hired for the duration of your stay for a small extra charge.
5) Check in is from 2.00pm onwards and checkout at 11:00am. These times must be adhered too unless prior arrangement has been made. You will be provided with information on key collection and return when confirming your stay.
6) Dogs are allowed, however you must advise on booking and ensure you clean up any mess (ie doggie do) and ensure your pooch has access to water and shade at all times. It is essential that at all times you abide by all pertinent laws regarding dog control.
7) Boat owners may flush their outboard motors using the supplied hose( Must supply own ear muffs) however they MUST only perform this task between the hours of 10AM and 8PM whilst ensuring that all water is contained on the property (ie does not run into the street).
8) A deposit is required within 7 days of booking to confirm rental. No booking shall be considered confirmed until your deposit is received, with all monies to be paid prior to key collection.
9) In the event that the tenant, for any reason whatsoever, wishes to cancel a booking, or is asked to leave the property due to unacceptable behaviour - no refund will be made unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the booking
